2. Your right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also contact us by phone or email. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g. by email) without delay.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
3. Return of the goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us or to a person authorised by us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We are not obliged to reimburse the cost of return shipment unless we have agreed otherwise or are required to do so by law.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you must not use the product beyond what is necessary to check it. If you use the product beyond that, we may deduct an amount for diminished value from the refund, to the extent permitted by law.
We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging where possible, and that you use a trackable delivery method so that you have proof of sending. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit until they reach us.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under Dutch and EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of contracts. For example, it does not apply to:
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed capsules that you have opened and used). In such cases we may refuse refund unless the goods are defective.
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Contracts for the supply of perishable or rapidly deteriorating goods.
If you are unsure whether an exception applies to your order, please contact us before returning the product.
5. Defective or incorrect products
If the product you received is defective or not as described (e.g. wrong product, damaged), you have statutory rights under Dutch and EU law. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract (with refund), depending on the circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible and describe the defect or the problem. We may ask you to send photos or to return the product for inspection. If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will normally cover the cost of return shipment. We will resolve the matter in accordance with your legal rights and our obligations under the law.
6. How to request a return or refund
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us by email at office@graxylonzyath.world or by phone at +31204682724. Include your order number (if you have one), your name and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm your withdrawal or return request and, where applicable, provide you with return instructions and the address to which you should send the goods.
- Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us, in accordance with the instructions we provide. Keep proof of postage.
- Once we have received the goods and verified that the conditions for withdrawal or return are met, we will process the refund within 14 days as described in section 2.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

You are not required to use this form; a clear message by email or post is sufficient.
8. Business customers
If you are ordering in the course of your trade, business or profession, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers may not apply. Your rights will be governed by our Terms of Service and by the contract we have with you. Any agreed return or refund conditions will be set out in the order confirmation or in separate agreement. For commercial returns or disputes, please contact us using the details in section 1.
9. Complaints and disputes
We aim to handle all returns and refunds fairly and in accordance with the law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to refer the matter to a dispute resolution body or to bring legal proceedings. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. In the Netherlands, you can contact the Geschillencommissie or another recognised body depending on the sector. Your statutory rights are not affected by this Return Policy.
10. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we make changes. For orders already placed, the version of the Return Policy that was in effect at the time of the order applies, unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you. We encourage you to review this page when you place an order.
